How long does shipping take?

We ship from Minnesota using USPS.

Orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Since each hoodie is embroidered in-house, some orders may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only ship within the United States, but international shipping may be added in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight. We use USPS for the best rates.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your package in real time.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at norvian.clothing@gmail.com with the correct address.

If the package hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.

If it has already shipped, we can’t guarantee changes — but we’ll try to help.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
